We are an evangelical church, and as well as organised outreach functions encourage our members to actively share their faith in their own circle.

The second emphasis is encouraging members and new converts into a disciplined, dedicated and holy lifestyle with a growing personal relationship with the Lord. We encourage them to seek the Baptism and the continuing infilling and anointing of the Holy Spirit, and to learn to "walk in the Spirit". Our Sunday morning Communion Service, All-age Sunday School and Thursday evening Christian Fellowship services contribute to this ministry.

Our greatest desire is to exalt the Lord Jesus and preach the Word of God faithfully---as the Apostle Paul described it: "the whole counsel of God." Our preaching is soundly Bible-based following the 'holiness' pattern established by Wesley and other godly men raised up during the revivals and 'awakenings' of the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries.

We emphasise personal and corporate prayer. There are two prayer meetings on Sundays before the morning and evening services, and a combined Prayer meeting for all three congregations each month. We have a 24 hour prayer chain, as well as prayer groups focusing on particular needs.
